How spiritual Narcissists use scripture to manipulate, control and silence others

Narcissist Survival Guide: A Biblical Guide to Discernment, Healing and Freedom

Not every person who quotes Scripture reflects the character of Christ. Jesus Himself warned that false prophets would come in sheep's clothing and that we would recognise them by their fruit—not merely by their words (Matthew 7:15–20).

One of the greatest forms of spiritual deception occurs when manipulation disguises itself as godliness. It is possible to use biblical language while operating from pride, control, selfish ambition, or a desire for power. This is why discernment is not optional for the believer—it is essential.

This guide is not about judging others or labelling people. It is about equipping believers with biblical wisdom to recognise unhealthy patterns, guard their hearts, walk in the Spirit and remain anchored in God's truth.

As you journey through life, use the slides below as a  guide for survival

May this guide strengthen your discernment, deepen your relationship with God, and remind you that truth always leads to freedom.

"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free"
