stubborn love

To go to sleep upset.
No words will be met.
Our silence is clear enough.Like a duet.
We share this stage.
Full of rage.
And can't admit it.

Why make it so hard to be loved,
when you're already loved so little?

I see no benefit
to share my innermost thoughts
with anyone.
Especially someone
intending to fix me.

I don't know why I love you at all
I might as well be in love with a wall
You're so stubborn my love
But its hard to ignore you
You're too stubborn
But I simply adore you

The words sit
on the tip of my tongue--
Bubbling up from my chest and
Threatening the bust open the seams of my lips.
And I can't tell you how much it means to me
That you're feeling the same thing too,
And I get to be the stubborn one.
